This Truck Pitch's 1st official release of new material since 2001's MLP Canyon Story on Process Records. Birth sees Truck Pitch as a two piece once again (the brothers MArk and David Frampton) attacking the dance floor with a series of club cuts that mangle together noise/ disco/ bass-techno through clouds of distortion and texture. It is perhaps their most accessible and immediate set yet. Built upon a series of jams in 2008 the band capture a euphoric and sparkling up-rush of melody/ machine music that is tough as nails whilst being moorish and delectable.
